Pour nettoyer une pompe installée, suivez la procédure d'arrêt de la pompe :

1. Remove all water cooling lines and cut off the primary circuit power supply to the pump heater. 2. Release all pump oil. 3. Unscrew the inlet and front pipe connection bolts and remove the pump from the system. 4. Remove the water cooling cap (if applicable). 5. Remove the nozzle assembly in accordance with the method described in the operation manual of the specific pump model. 6. Carefully clean the inside of the pump body with acetone and flush with isopropyl alcohol. The pump is then blown dry with clean, dry, oil-free compressed air. 7. Carefully clean nozzle assembly with acetone. Wipe all surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and blow dry them with clean, dry, oil-free compressed air. 8. Reinstall the nozzle and water cooling cap to the pump body. Make sure the nozzle is properly aligned with the front stage system (if applicable). 9. Check the condition of o-rings. Replace o-rings that show any signs of aging or compression. 10. Connect the pump to the system.

Avertissement:
Ne pas utiliser à proximité d'une source-de température élevée. Aérez la zone de travail avec un ventilateur et utilisez une pompe à diffusion dans une grande pièce-aérée. Un appareil respiratoire séparé peut également être utilisé si nécessaire.
Assurez-vous toujours que les opérations de nettoyage sont effectuées dans une grande pièce-bien aérée. Veuillez porter des lunettes, des gants et des vêtements de protection.
